Production Process

  • Fermentation by Compost Turner
    After adjusting the moisture, we pile up the manure and use this composter to mix and turn the manure.
    The fermentation time is about 15-20 days. We feed raw manure every day, and in the future we will get finished compost every day.
    This is mobile and suitable for small scale production. We still have trench/track compost wheels and fermenters.
  • crushed compost
    After fermentation, there are many large compost particles. We need to grind the compost into a fine powder.
    This vertical crusher is suitable for one production line. The internal hammer is used for crushing.
    High crushing efficiency and long service life.
  • granulation
    The fine powder is fed into the granulator to make organic fertilizer granules.
    We can get round granules/short cylindrical granules through different granulators.
    The diameter of the particles can be adjusted according to the moisture content of the powder.
  • drying/cooling
    We need to dry and cool the pellets before packaging.
    By drying, we can keep the granules. And extend the shelf life of finished products.
