Application

Generally, urea, ammonium nitrate, ammonium chloride, ammonium sulfate, ammonium phosphate (monoammonium phosphate, diammonium phosphate, heavy calcium, general calcium), potassium chloride (potassium sulfate) and other raw materials can be used in a certain proportion (mainly according to the local Market demand and local soil test results to determine).

Construction

  4. Drying
    After granulating, the moisture of fertilizer is bit high ,it’s not suitable for long-term storage so need drying process.

    The cooling machine is used to cool the hot fertilizer.
  6. Screening
    There are some non-uniform particles ,after sieved screening machine , the small particle diameter may be screened down for twice processing. And bigger granules go to the crusher machine again.
  7. Crusher machine

  8. Coating machine
    For compound fertilizer coating
  9. Packaging
    Filling the bags, and sealing. After package ,the fertilizer can be sold .

Production Process

Raw material batching→stirring and mixing→crushing and agglomeration→granulation→primary screening→granule drying→granule cooling→secondary screening→finished granule coating→finished product quantitative packaging.

  1. Ingredients of raw materials: Generally, urea, ammonium nitrate, ammonium chloride, ammonium sulfate, ammonium phosphate (monoammonium phosphate, diammonium phosphate, heavy calcium, common calcium), potassium chloride (potassium sulfate) and other raw materials can be selected according to certain requirements. Ratio allocation (mainly determined according to local market demand and local soil testing results);
  2. Mixing and stirring: Stir the prepared raw materials evenly to increase the uniform fertilizer content of the fertilizer granules, and use a horizontal mixer or a disc mixer for mixing;
  3. Agglomeration and pulverization: pulverize large agglomerates of raw materials that have been mixed and stirred evenly to facilitate subsequent granulation processing. Chain pulverizers are mainly used;
  4. Material granulation: The uniformly stirred and crushed material is sent to the granulator through the belt conveyor for granulation (rotary drum granulator, double-roll extrusion granulator, disc granulator can also be selected. Granulator, etc.), this step is an essential and important link in the process of compound fertilizer production line;
  5. Primary screening: Preliminary screening of semi-finished granules, and unqualified granules are returned to the mixing and stirring link for reprocessing, generally using a drum screening machine;
  6. Granules drying: Send the granules made by the granulator and sieved by the first stage to the dryer, and dry the moisture contained in the granules to increase the strength of the granules and facilitate storage. Generally, a rotary drum dryer is used ;
  7. Granule cooling: the temperature of the dried fertilizer granules is too high, and it is easy to agglomerate. After cooling, it is convenient to store in bags and transport, and use a cooler for cooling;
  8. Secondary grading of granules: grading the cooled granules, crushing and re-granulating unqualified granules, and sieving qualified products, which can be sieved by a secondary drum screening machine;
  9. Coating of finished granules: Coating qualified products to increase the brightness and roundness of the granules, making the appearance more beautiful, generally using a coating machine for coating;
  10. Quantitative packaging of finished granules: The film-coated granules, that is, the finished granules, are sent to the silo for temporary storage through a belt conveyor, and then connected to an electronic quantitative packaging scale, a sewing machine, etc. for automatic quantitative packaging and sealing, and placed in a ventilated place for storage to achieve full automation.

Advantage

  • Wide range of applicability of raw materials: It is suitable for the direct processing of fermented livestock and poultry manure, sugar factory filter sludge, urban sludge, paper sludge, distiller’s grains, straw, peat and other crude fiber organic wastes with a moisture content of about 30%. Granulation can produce pure organic fertilizer, organic-inorganic fertilizer, and bio-organic fertilizer with spherical particles.
  • High ball forming rate and biological bacteria survival rate: the new technology can make the ball forming rate reach more than 90-95%, and the new technology of low temperature and large air volume drying can make the microbial bacteria survival rate reach more than 90%.
  • The process is short and the operating cost is low. The organic raw materials used in this process do not require pre-treatment such as drying and crushing. Organic raw materials with a content of about 30% are dried to less than 13%, crushed to more than 80 mesh, and the amount of organic materials added cannot exceed 30%).
